1. Travel Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Travel Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations team to deliver high-quality services

  • Oversee guides and manage the vehicle fleet to ensure the highest standards of service.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between reservations, operations, and client servicing

  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

2. Reservations & Operations Executive

Join our reservations and operations team to manage client bookings, coordinate itineraries, and deliver flawless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client reservations and coordinate with suppliers

  • Prepare travel itineraries, confirmations, and operational documents

  • Ensure timely execution of all travel arrangements

  • Provide excellent customer service at every stage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservations or operations

  • Proficiency in reservation systems and supplier coordination

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Accounts Senior Executive

We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Senior Executive to manage financial operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare monthly reports and financial statements

  • Reconcile supplier invoices and client payments

  • Support management with budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
