Welcome to Sri Lanka! On arrival, you will be met at Bandaranaike International Airport by an aviation representative who will assist you with your luggage and walk you through the Silk Route CIP Lounge. You will then be driven to your hotel in Colombo where you can relax after your long journey.

You will begin your day with a city tour by Mark Forbs, but we do not operate this on Sundays and Public Holidays due to some obvious reasons.  Here you will visit some of the main cultural and historic sites including a visit to Colombo's biggest and most famous Pettah Market.

Rest of the afternoon at leisure.

This morning you will leave for an extensive agro-village experience in Bandaragama. Here you will find Rubber Tapping, Pineapple Garden Visit, Coconut Oil making with Sekku Stone, Visit a Banana Garden where you can find more than 70 different banana varieties, Local Cigar making at a village house, Coconut Toddy Tapping, Tea Plucking at a Low-Grown Tea Garden, and many more.

Today you will take a scheduled flight from BIA to Kandy, where there are some of the most impressive religious sights in Asia. Your chauffer guide will pick you up and drive you to your hotel.

Once you arrive, the rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.

After breakfast, you will be collected from the hotel and take you to a traditional drum making professional. Here you can learn to play the traditional drums and its historical and cultural significance. The whole experience will last for a maximum of two hours.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to the Temple of the Tooth, where the relic of Buddha's Tooth is kept.

In the morning you will be taken to the Ceylon Tea Museum. This is where James Taylor introduced tea cultivation to Sri Lanka back in the 1860s (closed on Mondays and public holidays).

This evening you will be taken on an attractive street food tour by tuk-tuk. It has been found interesting by many people worldwide. The complete experience would take approximately 03 hours, where they will get the opportunity to visit two hand-picked places and enjoy 08 different varieties of street food items. Finally, you will be taken to a place to taste traditional Sri Lankan sweets.

This morning you will take another scheduled flight from Kandy to Hambantota, then you will be driven to your hotel in Yala. Yala is the home for the highest density of the leopard in the world. Relax this evening as tomorrow will be an early start with the hope of getting the best chances of spotting a leopard in the National Park.

The two most exciting days with two jeep safaris! You will start early as the early morning is the best time of day to spot these beautiful creatures.  After morning safaris, head back to your hotel for a spot of lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon you will head back for another game drive!

Today you will take a scheduled flight from Hambantota to Koggala. You will then be transferred to Cape Weligama.

Once you arrive, the rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.

Today you can take a dip in the pool and enjoy lazing in the sunshine or explore the activities around your property.  However, I would like to suggest some activities if you are fancy venturing out from your beachside retreat.  You could go on a whale-watching trip in Mirissa, cycling experience in a nearby village, visit a nearby turtle hatchery or perhaps visit Galle Fort.

After breakfast, you can take another scheduled flight from Koggala to BIA. You will then be driven to your hotel in Kotugoda.

In the evening you can enjoy your farewell dinner organized at an exclusive location in your property along with a list of beverages that you can select from the menu.

It’s time to return back to your country or the next destination!!!

Having reached at the end of your program, you will be transferred to the Bandaranaike International Airport in time of your departure flight.
